Fast-paced career journey:
The career trajectory for AMC begins with an intensive three-month training program spanning three key teams: Paid Media, SEO, and Content Creation. Following this initial training period, trainees will spend the next 6 to 12 months actively engaged in various projects, gaining valuable hands-on experience to refine their skills and expand their knowledge base. Upon completion of the program, trainees will be eligible for positions such as Account Manager, Digital Strategist, Digital Specialist, Project Manager, or other related roles, marking the beginning of their accelerated career path within the company

AMC program aims to:

• Develop a pool of innovative, high-potential leaders who will drive the agency's growth and support exciting upcoming projects, including the new business “Adchariya” and “ANGA Mastery.”

• To cultivate a pipeline of innovative young talent who generate fresh ideas, initiate new projects, and demonstrate leadership potential within the agency.

Qualification for AMC 

• Fluent or excellent proficiency in both Thai and English languages.

• Recent graduate with an age limit not exceeding 24 years.

• Candidates with less than 2 years of work experience are preferred.

• Demonstrates a growth mindset and strong analytical skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.

• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively
