Accounting Manager

Required Skills:

• Accounting Expertise: A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in an investment fund, financial services, or a technology firm.
• Accounting: Proven experience managing all aspects of accounting operations independently, from bookkeeping to financial reporting. Strong skills in preparing financial statements, general ledger management, and cash flow tracking.
• Fund Administration: Experience with investment fund accounting practices, including NAV calculations, portfolio valuation, and investor reporting.
• Communication: Ability to clearly communicate and present reports and projections effectively to stakeholders.
• Spreadsheets: Proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel with experience in managing and analyzing financial data.

Preferred Skills:

• Cryptocurrency Experience: Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets and accounting for crypto transactions. Direct experience managing accounting for a cryptocurrency investment funds or trading firm.
• Regulatory Compliance: Solid understanding of financial regulations applicable to investment funds and cryptocurrency trading.
• Audit Preparedness: Experience working with external auditors, particularly for investment funds.
