Course Overview
The Collaborative Health Governance Program (CHG) is a multi-day virtual program designed to equip board directors with the skills to lead transformational change in the healthcare sector. Developed in partnership with the McMaster Health Leadership Academy, this program addresses the urgent need for innovative governance approaches amidst complex systemic challenges. Participants will gain hands-on experience through case studies, active dialogue, and best practice examples to co-create strategies for effective governance.
Through an experiential “learn-by-doing” approach, the program offers insights into strategic decision-making, stakeholder engagement, and operational oversight. Participants will enhance their ability to navigate multi-stakeholder challenges, contribute to value-driven healthcare governance, and mitigate governance risks in a rapidly evolving health landscape.
