Master of Industrial and Organisational Psychology

The Master of Industrial and Organisational Psychology is a two-year, full-time program designed to equip students with advanced skills in applying psychological principles to workplaces. This program balances theoretical knowledge with practical application, ensuring graduates are well-prepared for professional accreditation and real-world challenges.

Students will undertake nine coursework units, a research project, and 1,000 hours of practical placement in diverse organisational settings. Areas of training include psychological assessment, work design, human-system interactions, and organisational change initiatives.

This program aligns with the standards set by the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC) and the Australian Psychological Society (APS), ensuring graduates meet the requirements for professional registration.
