All courses in the MBA have been redesigned to equip students with the skills to identify, evaluate, and apply the best available evidence to inform more effective decision-making in the context of the business of government.
Study as a cohort with one January intake a year, with classes ranging between 20 and 50 students, to ensure quality interaction is possible.
The program consists of 12 three-unit courses and one 12-unit organizational research capstone project developed within an integrated curriculum framework.

Classes are offered as a mix of self-paced online study and Wednesday-Friday intensive face-to-face sessions to support full-time employment while studying.

This transdisciplinary MBA program is geared primarily toward Australian public sector leaders in both the state and federal governments, as well as leaders in adjacent industries. The program is suited to leaders transitioning to senior leadership roles who want to deepen their knowledge of core government functions in the public sector.
