Course Overview
The Master of Data Science is a two-year full-time (or part-time equivalent) postgraduate program delivered on campus at Adelaide’s North Terrace campus. It combines strong technical training with practical, industry-linked experience.
You’ll build expertise in:
Programming (using Python, R, Julia)
Mathematics and statistics for data analysis
Artificial intelligence and machine learning
Data ethics and privacy
Plus, you’ll complete a major research project and an industry internship to apply your skills in real-world contexts.
The program is accredited by the Australian Computer Society (ACS), ensuring industry recognition. Intakes are available in January, May, and September.
