The MAM is a one-year, full-time residential program designed for exceptional MBA graduates from top international business schools. It combines two required core courses—Topics in Advanced Management for Business & Society and Global Leadership: Personal and Interpersonal Effectiveness—with 36 elective credits. Electives can be chosen across Yale SOM and the wider university. Participants effectively tailor their own curriculum, selecting courses that deepen functional expertise or explore new disciplines.
