Course Overview
This is a five-day, in-person program held twice a year at the Gleacher Center in Chicago. It blends principles from economics, strategy, and behavioral science to help participants align business strategy with organizational structure, culture, and workforce design. The program emphasizes flexible, modern organizational models such as decentralized decision-making and employee-empowering structures.
