Course Overview
The Yale MBA is a two-year, full-time program built around the mission “Educating Leaders for Business and Society.” Its distinctive integrated core curriculum covers finance, marketing, organizational behavior, strategy, operations, and ethics — all taught in an interdisciplinary way rather than separate silos. Students must also complete a Global Studies requirement, which may include study abroad, global team projects, or international partner programs to develop a global business perspective.
