มหาเศรษฐีอันดับ 1 ของโลก แนะวิธีเริ่มธุรกิจง่ายๆ หากมีรายได้น้อย (จน)!!
อีกหนึ่งแนวทางที่พูดถึงการแก้ปัญหาความจนโดยบิล เกตส์ (Bill Gates) อดีตมหาเศรษฐีอันดับ 1 ของโลกหลายปีซ้อน เจ้าของธุรกิจชื่อดังอย่าง Microsoft
บิล เกตส์นำเสนอแก้ปัญหาความยากจนมาจากการศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ชีวิตผู้คนที่เผชิญกับความอดอยากในแถบแอฟริกาตะวันตก โดยเขาได้ใช้ความรู้พื้นฐานในเรื่องของปศุสัตว์และธุรกิจ อธิบายออกมาให้เข้าใจง่ายว่า
“ถ้าผมมีเงิน 70 บาท ผมจะใช้ชีวิตยังไงน่ะเหรอ สำหรับผม ผมจะเลี้ยงไก่ครับ” เขาเขียนลงในบล็อกของตัวเอง
โดยให้เหตุผลว่า
1. เลี้ยงไก่ เลี้ยงง่ายค่าใช้จ่ายไม่เยอะ หากินเองได้ หากให้อาหารดี ไก่ก็จะโตเร็วขึ้น เมื่อไก่เพิ่มขึ้นก็ทำกรงเพิ่มตามจำนวน วัคซีนของไก่ก็ราคาถูก
2. เป็นการลงทุนที่ให้ผลตอบแทนคุ้มค่า เริ่มต้นจากแม่ไก่เพียง 5 ตัว และพ่อไก่ 1 ตัว เพียง 3เดือนก็สามารถเพิ่มจำนวนไก่ได้ถึง 40 ตัว เมื่อขายออกไปตัวละ 175 บาท ก็สามารถสร้างรายได้ 35,000 บาทต่อปี
3. ไข่ไก่ดีมาก มีสารอาหารดี เป็นทางออกของโรคขาดสารอาหาร และหากบางครอบครัวสามารถบริหารจัดการได้ดีก็ปล่อยให้ไข่ฟักออกมา เลี้ยงไก่ให้โตแล้วนำไปขายจากนั้นจึงนำเงินที่ได้ไปซื้ออาหารที่มีประโยชน์อย่างอื่น
4. มันช่วยส่งเสริมสตรี เนื่องจากการเลี้ยงไก่ต่างจากเลี้ยงวัวหรือแกะ ผู้หญิงสามารถเลี้ยงไก่ใกล้บ้านและพวกเขามักจะนำเงินที่ได้มาลงทุนในครอบครัวและความเป็นอยู่

Bill Gates got his idea to solve poverty by studying and analyzing the lives of people facing hunger in West Africa. He used basic knowledge of livestock and business to explain his ideas in a simple way.
He wrote on his blog, “If I had 70 baht, how would I live? For me, I would raise chickens.” He explained why:
1. Raising chickens is easy and inexpensive. They can find food themselves, and if you feed them well, they grow faster. As you get more chickens, you can build more coops. Chicken vaccines are also cheap.
2. It’s a worthwhile investment. Starting with just five hens and one rooster, in three months, you can have up to 40 chickens. If you sell each chicken for 175 baht, you could earn about 35,000 baht per year.
3. Chicken eggs are nutritious and can help solve malnutrition. If families manage well, they can let the eggs hatch, raise the chickens, and sell them, then use the money to buy other nutritious food.
4. It empowers women because chickens are small and typically stay close to home. Women who sell chickens are likely to reinvest the profits in their families.
Bill Gates believes that every investment brings returns. Raising chickens is like teaching someone to fish, but if you’re not near a river or can’t teach them yet, start by giving them chickens and then teach them how to take care of them. If rich people only donate money, that money will eventually run out as always.
