Visual Merchandising Team Lead

Objective: Develop visual merchandising strategies that enhance brand recognition and manage display excellence across all stores nationwide, thereby improving customer experience and boosting sales.

1. VMD Strategy Development and Implementation
   • Create seasonal/promotional VMD strategies and related guidelines.
   • Design displays for new product introductions and marketing campaigns.
   • Work with HQ Marketing/MD teams to establish exhibition guidelines (for both company-owned and franchise locations).
2. Store Display Management
   • Distribute VMD guidelines to stores and perform installation audits.
   • Conduct regular store visits to evaluate display effectiveness and give feedback.
   • Provide consulting to stores not meeting VMD standards.
3. POP and Visual Material Creation/Distribution
   • Work with Marketing and Design teams to produce POP materials, posters, signage, and other promotional assets.
   • Maintain consistent visual elements to strengthen the brand image.
   • Analyze store-level sales data and top-selling items to deliver customized VMD materials and implement unique displays.
4. Performance Analysis and Improvement Recommendations
   • Analyze changes in sales and customer responses related to VMD adjustments.
   • Compile examples of successful and unsuccessful VMD implementations to recommend improvements.
   • Recognize and reward top-performing VMD stores through internal programs.
5. Training and Communication
   • Offer VMD guidelines and basic training to store managers and staff.
   • Gather and incorporate feedback from field staff.
   • Serve as a point of contact with HQ and external vendors (maintenance, lighting, etc.).
