Currently, the Company is focusing on operating a 5-star tourist ship fleet at Ao Tien port - Van Don (Quang Ninh)

, serving domestic and international tourists visiting Bai Tu Long Bay - one of the high-end and potentially developing tourist routes in Vietnam.

We are looking for core personnel for the ship operation team:

• Operate all exploitation and service activities on the ship, ensuring schedule, safety and service quality.

• Supervise service departments (reception, rooms, restaurants, bars...), ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Recruit, train and manage the service staff on board.

• Control assets, goods, consumables and coordinate equipment maintenance.

• Organize safety instructions and coordinate the handling of emergency situations.

• Be the on-site focal point for coordination with internal departments; synthesize and report on daily operating status.
