Trust & Safety Lead, Zalo Video

• Responsible for ensuring that all services are provided in accordance with current policies & procedures;

• Assess potential risks to the platform, develop risk mitigation strategies;

• Manage, recruit and build processes and tools for the moderation department;

• Participate in building and implementing community policies.

👾 What you will need

• 3+ years of experience in this position or related field;

• 1+ years of experience in a Team Leader role;

• Deep understanding of online safety issues, especially in the social media space;

• Ability to lead, manage and develop a team of staff;

• Experience in product development or familiarity with business analysis in products is an advantage;

• Use measurement tools, and build indicators to evaluate work performance.
