The Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager will be responsible for key talent acquisition activities, focusing on three main areas: Talent Acquisition Operations, Employer Branding, and Project Management (Building Competency-Based Interview Frameworks). This position requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, a drive for self-improvement and development, and the ability to work with different departments to achieve hiring and organizational goals. Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition Operations • Manage the entire recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, providing a great experience for candidates. • Develop and carry out sourcing strategies to create a strong pool of diverse, qualified candidates through different platforms. • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job needs, advise on talent requirements, and align recruitment strategies with business objectives. 2. Employer Branding • Develop and implement employer branding plans that directly help talent acquisition goals, attracting diverse, high-caliber candidates across various industries and career stages. • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as professional groups, online communities, and industry event organizers, to improve recruitment through targeted branding efforts. • Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities, using compelling branded content to showcase the company’s culture, values, and career opportunities to potential candidates. 3. Project Management (Building Competency-Based Interview Frameworks) • Lead projects to create and implement competency-based interview structures for recruitment, performance management, and career development, ensuring they align with organizational goals. • Conduct market research and work with HR and business leaders to define the necessary competencies and skills for each role. • Manage project timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables, ensuring effective communication and timely completion of competency-based projects.
