Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other departments to align, schedule, and establish goals to support the company's business strategies.

• Allocate resources effectively (workforce, materials, etc.).

• Oversee production processes to resolve issues and ensure all lines operate efficiently, adjusting deadlines as needed.

• Supervise and evaluate the performance of production staff.

• Approve maintenance work and equipment purchases, among other things.

• Ensure that output products meet quality standards.

• Enforce health and safety precautions.

• Estimate costs and prepare budgets.

• Generate production reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, or as required.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
