Role Overview:

As a Technical Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our partners by providing expert technical assistance and product knowledge. Your main responsibility will be to interpret their needs and transform them into effective solutions, offering engineering support, and ensuring the optimal use of our technologies.

While our Representative Office is not involved in direct sales, your contributions will be vital in providing technical consulting and market research support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary technical contact for customers, distributors, and system integrators.

• Analyze the needs of our partners and suggest suitable vacuum automation or handling solutions from our Head Quarters.

• Help partners with product selection, system design, layout optimization, and feasibility.

• Deliver product presentations and live demonstrations.

• Work together with the regional sales teams and Schmalz HQ in Germany.

• Collect feedback from the market and assist in adapting solutions to meet local customer requirements.

• Keep CRM documentation up-to-date with technical activities, projects, and support cases.
