Supplier Quality Engineer

- Manage the quality performance of the local supplier network in Vietnam.

- Initiate and track all quality-related complaints with our global suppliers, utilizing the 8D problem-solving methodology.

- Take the lead and be fully accountable for Supplier Quality Assurance activities on the engine production line.

- Plan and carry out product and process validations at supplier facilities to ensure product reliability prior to shipment to our factory.

- Conduct routine supplier audits, generate scorecards, and implement continuous improvement plans.

- Implement quality plans to address any quality issues at incoming inspection or on the assembly line.

- Track and assess supplier performance on a monthly basis.

- Work closely with the European SQE team.
