Design and implement software with maintainability in mind so building reusable code and turning into libraries should be your nature. We are looking for someone who has strong code ownership and is willing to learn and master new technology.
Work closely with product manager to understand and challenge the requirements in order to deliver quality products to customers. This includes reviewing test cases, user experiences, and user interfaces.
Improve knowledge and quality of the code of the whole team through peer reviewing, design review, and pair programming.
Ensure that the team can be agile through automated testing, refactoring, and other good agile practices.
Work closely with all other team members to discuss ideas and solutions and get feedback.
Mentor and perform code reviews to ensure code quality and provide constructive feedback to team. (For Lead level)
Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
Strong proficiency in the Go programming language
Experienced in OOP, Design Patterns, and Writing Testable and Extensible Code
Knowledge in designing and developing server-side applications and microservices
Experience in Cloud Platform especially GCP is a plus
Experience in leading and mentoring development teams (For Lead Level)
