Responsibilities:
Develop engaging and visually appealing contents, videos & short videos for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and especially Tiktok.
Curate user-generated content and collaborate with influencers to showcase our products (brief of products & selling points) and foster brand advocacy.
Plan and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Track and analyze social media performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Provide regular reports and insights (trends and contents) to guide future strategies and optimizations.
Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule aligned with marketing goals and product launches.
Qualifications:
Have at least 1 years of working experience in developing Social Media platforms focusing on Skincare/Beauty area for at least 6 months. Or have worked with Skincare/Beauty brands focusing on social media content creating is preferred.
Fluent in English is a MUST.
Bachelor's degree from any major.
Experienced in handling TikTok/Instagram.
Creative and proactive in keeping up with trends and knowledge in social media.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai.
Willing to do WFO policy.
