Social Commerce Growth Leader

The Social Commerce Senior Executive will spearhead the growth initiatives for our TikTok Shop channel. This role is responsible for boosting TikTok sales performance and maximizing marketing investment returns within the social commerce realm (specifically TikTok Shop). Key responsibilities include developing growth marketing strategies, crafting engaging content, cultivating affiliate partnerships, and overseeing cross-functional projects to accelerate online sales and enhance brand recognition.

Responsibilities:

1. Growth Marketing:

• Develop a marketing strategy aimed at achieving TikTok Shop business objectives (revenue and ROI) for a portfolio of personal care brands.
• Spearhead social commerce initiatives and innovative approaches to drive both short-term and long-term growth.

2. Content Creation & Live-stream Operation:

• Collaborate with internal creators and agency partners to design and execute a content calendar for TikTok, incorporating branded content, live-streaming events, shoppable video content, and affiliate content.

3. Affiliates & Influencer Partnership:

• Establish relationships with key influencers and affiliate networks to promote our brands through commercial offers and marketing campaigns.

4. Project Management & Collaboration:

• Serve as the main point of contact for TikTok Shop growth activities, including:
• Planning for TikTok growth activations and incorporating brand campaigns into TikTok.
• Working with the sales team to create attractive commercial and promotional offers.
• Managing agency partners involved in live-streaming, content creation, and influencer/affiliate marketing.
• Collaborating with brand managers to facilitate product training, sample distribution, and campaign messaging and integration.
• Providing reporting and optimization insights.
