Job Description: Senior Specialist in Fund Operations and Management

• Executes and oversees investment portfolios, including receiving investment plans and information from entrusted clients and delegating detailed tasks to support specialists.

• Obtains information from relevant parties to implement contracts, reviews contract terms, ensures compliance with internal procedures, and adheres to legal regulations.

• Reviews and reconciles portfolio management fees for clients and addresses client inquiries and requests.

• Scrutinizes and reconciles transaction reports for fund unit purchase/sale orders on the Company's trading system and the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD), comparing and verifying with daily matching reports.

• Investigates and resolves transaction errors, collaborating with relevant parties to ensure the smooth operation of the software system.

• Participates in product and transaction process training for sales teams of distribution agents and partner channels, developing and updating training materials.

• Collaborates with partners and service providers to the Fund, such as distribution agents, custodian banks, transfer agents (VSD), ensuring Fund operations comply with Fund Charters and relevant laws.

• Contributes to contract development, process improvements, and policies related to system and product operations.

• Prepares monthly/annual investment portfolio reports and other reports as required.

• Generates management reports within the scope of responsibilities as requested by superiors.

• Participates in projects within the scope of functions and duties.

• Participates in transaction software projects to align with the Company's Management requirements from time to time.

• Performs other tasks as assigned by superiors.
