Senior Software Tester - E-Commerce Data Platform (Up to 30 Months Salary)

We are seeking a talented Senior Software Tester to join our team and help guarantee the delivery of top-quality software. This role requires a blend of manual and automated testing skills, technical understanding, and the ability to collaborate effectively to ensure product excellence throughout the development process. As a Senior Software Tester, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to test and refine our systems, ensuring a great user experience and alignment with our business objectives.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Create and execute test plans and test cases to comprehensively cover product requirements.

• Conduct functional, integration, regression, and system testing for both frontend and backend systems.

• Develop and maintain detailed reports on testing progress, defects, and results.

• Review and improve test strategies to maximize quality and efficiency.

• Ensure compatibility across various browsers, platforms, and devices.

Collaboration and Delivery:

• Work with business analysts, developers, and product managers to understand requirements, provide feedback, and ensure alignment.

• Champion quality, delivering features that meet user needs and uphold high standards.

• Assess product readiness and release timelines based on test findings and team discussions.

Leadership and Influence:

• Promote quality-focused practices and a quality-first mindset within the team.

• Guide team members on testing methods and workflows to improve overall quality.

• Ensure consistent adherence to workflows and processes, and improve them as needed.

Continuous Monitoring and Improvement:

• Monitor product performance and user feedback in live environments to identify areas for improvement.

• Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance testing processes.

• Lead initiatives to boost product quality, user satisfaction, and team productivity.
