Senior Key Account Executive (B2B Brand)

As a Senior Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for designing and implementing tailored logistics solutions for GHTK’s enterprise clients. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure service quality, operational excellence, and long-term partnerships. This role is best suited for candidates with solid experience in project operations and working with corporate clients.

II. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and understand client logistics needs to propose customized transportation and fulfillment solutions;

• Design and execute operational workflows and quality assurance processes to ensure service efficiency and customer satisfaction;

• Monitor KPIs and ensure service delivery aligns with agreed performance targets;

• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients to build win-win and long-term relationships;

• Manage key client relationships, maintain account health, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.

III. REQUIREMENTS

• Age: 27–35. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields;

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing enterprise accounts, with solid exposure to operations or large-scale project implementation (team of 3–5+);

• Background in FMCG, electronics, or fulfillment logistics is highly preferred;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset;

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;

• Goal-oriented with effective time management and organizational ability;

• Capable of working independently and managing small teams;

• Proficiency in English is required.
