Job Duties
Routines :
- Daily system, network, and security monitoring: event logs, scheduled tasks, abnormalities, and etc.
- Complete the assigned Service Desk ticket by the SLA.
- Complete the pre-fined daily, weekly, monthly tasks e.g., backup tasks, daily report tasks, hardware maintenance, system capacity monitoring, etc.
- Participate actively in continuous improvement.
- Monitor system logs, availability, performance and security to ensure systems are up, running and secured. identify issues so that correct actions can be initiated.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure system or security issues and coordinating these initiatives among the team.
- Participate to produce the weather of the infrastructure.
IT Projects and other assignments :
- Provide implementation and support for IT projects as assigned, adhering to project timelines.
- Provide implementation and support for IT tasks as assigned, adhering to agreed timeline.
Law & Regulatory requirement, Policy, Standard, and Framework :
- Participate in activities required by laws/regulations e.g., Incident Response Drill, DRP activities, IT audits, etc.
- Provide implementation and support required by laws, regulations, Roojai Group’s internal policies, adopted standards and frameworks.
Requirements
- The position requires constant communication with colleagues in English and Thai language. Candidate must be fluent in these two languages.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of IT infrastructure implementation, support, monitoring and operation experience.
- Proven deep hands-on knowledge and IT reference both from server and workstations monitoring, support and operation.
- Proven deep hands-on knowledge and IT reference in monitoring, securing and hardening infrastructure systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
- Hands on production and operation experience in Microsoft Server, workstations, Microsoft Intune, and Auto pilot platform, Teams group, SharePoint, Cisco Meraki, FortiGate,: Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper V and virtualization, Windows workstations or later management, GPO management and deployment, Bitlocker management.
- Good capability to work and integrate in Teamwork. Good Verbal and written Communication
- Knowledge of MS Security 365, Microsoft Azure, Hybrid IT and off premises public cloud services like Amazon AWS or Heroku IaaS is a plus.
- Demonstrate rigor and vigilance in the drafting of documentation.
- Manage any relational databases.
