Research applied data science problems in our ads systems to build Click-through rate/Conversion rate prediction models, improve prediction accuracy, auction strategies, and drive advertiser value;
Work closely with engineering and product teams to develop hypotheses, run experiments, and prototype new product ideas;
Collaborate with data engineering teams to build/maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor the performance of our products, provide insights and identify new opportunities;
Apply technical expertise with quantitative analysis, experimentation, data mining, and data transparency to develop an understanding of the ads targeting/auction/delivery system.
2+ years of working experience in Big Data, Machine Learning, experience in advertising field is a plus;
BS, MS, PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or other quantitative fields;
Proficiency in programming using Python, SQL, Spark, …;
Proficiency in data structures and algorithms, machine learning;
Proficiency in at least 1 deep learning framework (Pytorch, Tensorflow,…);
Experienced with NLP tasks, building insightful dashboards is a plus;
Intellectual curiosity, effective communication, and excellent presenting skills.
