Your responsibilities will include identifying potential new clients, responding to rate inquiries, and managing customer requests for credit facilities. You will also address customer service needs within the bounds of the company's capabilities.
You will be expected to maintain, retain, and grow the customer base as directed by the company.
Meeting sales goals and KPIs assigned by the company is a must.
Adherence to company policies, including the employee handbook and all legal business regulations, is required.
You will be responsible for gathering relevant market information and reporting it to the TIR/Sales Manager.
You will also perform other related tasks as directed by the Sales Manager and RGM.
