1. Relationship Building:
- External: Cultivate relationships and gather timely market information from relevant entities such as Government bodies, Agencies, Consulting firms, Banks, Contractors, etc.
- Internal: Collaborate with various departments, gather construction progress details, and project updates to effectively address customer inquiries.
2. Marketing Initiatives: Participate in events hosted by business groups, agents, and Government entities (FIA/MPI, QEZA, IPA, Associations, Chambers of Commerce, etc.).
3. Sales Execution: Manage transactions, negotiate with clients according to authorized sales guidelines and strategies for each period.
4. Regulatory Support: Assist investors and provide appropriate guidance to consultants to facilitate the smooth and timely acquisition of Investment Registration Certificates (IRC) and Enterprise Registration Certificates (ERC).
5. Reporting: Regularly update and promptly inform the Sales Manager about the status of ongoing client negotiations.
6. Debt Management: Manage tenant accounts with outstanding balances to secure payment.
7. Additional tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.
