Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily cold calls to HR, L&D, and business leaders across Thailand

  • Qualify and nurture potential clients who align with our mission of workforce development

  • Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations (20-30 per month) for our B2B learning solutions

  • Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions in our CRM system

  • Support lead generation efforts for our corporate training and development solutions

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities

  • Help organizations understand how FutureSkill can address their learning and development needs

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in Corporate Sales, Telesales or a related field.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong phone presence and consultative approach

  • Basic understanding of corporate training and development

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office and CRM software

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.

  • Strong interest in EdTech and corporate training solutions

  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset

  • Experience in an edtech company, IT software, and training is a plus.
