Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and targets to drive revenue growth. Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify improvement areas.

  • Manage the sales team, set quotas, and provide coaching and support to achieve goals.

  • Collaborate with departments to align operational plans with business strategies. Streamline processes to optimize productivity and resolve operational challenges.

  • Analyze inventory data to improve turnover and reduce carrying costs.

  • Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and ensure clear communication.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors. Evaluate and improve existing processes and systems.

  • Analyze sales and operational data, generate reports, and provide insights to senior management.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Operations Management.

  • Strong experience in sales and operations management, including leading sales teams and developing strategies.

  • Solid knowledge of sales techniques, market analysis, and customer segmentation.

  • Skilled in operational planning, process improvement, supply chain management, and inventory control.

  • Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship-building skills and focus on business growth.
