What makes the role special

Our solution called Business Email Protection defends corporate email from attacks and malicious entities. Group-IB Business Email Protection leverages patented technologies and industry-leading threat intelligence to detect, block, and analyze email-borne attacks — from spam and phishing to malware delivery and BEC attacks.

Tasks to solve

• Create modules for parsing and analyzing email structure
• Develop and improve modules for integrating with MXDR (Managed Extended Detection and Response) infrastructure
• Build modules (including from scratch)for handling network protocols and standards

This role is perfect for you if

• A good understanding of the principles of Rust language and infrastructure
• A good understanding of the basics of email and network protocols
• The ability to work with synchronous and asynchronous code
• The ability to search for information in documents and online (including in English)

What else we appreciate in our team

• Basic Python skills
• Experience in using SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis
• Experience in working with distributed systems
• A genuine interest in cybersecurity
