- Department: Research & Development (R&D) - Position Level: Manager - Employment Type: Full-time - Work Location: Lot P-4, Trang Due Industrial Park, Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Economic Zone, An Hoa Ward, An Duong District, Hai Phong City, Vietnam Job Description - Manage and coordinate all activities of the R&D department - Plan and lead research projects to develop new materials aligned with company strategy - Oversee product development projects involving UV-reactive materials, thermal materials, films, production processes, and formulations - Evaluate material properties and product performance - Manage R&D staff: training, performance evaluation, and team development - Collaborate with other departments (Production, QA, Sales) to commercialize products - Stay updated on technology trends and suggest new research directions
