JOB MISSION The candidate will focus on sales strategies and tactics, collaborate with our partners to plan, and execute. The ideal candidate should have relevant sales/business development experience in the sports/electronics industry and business intelligence. JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibility · Manage sales targets, revenue, and volume for assigned accounts/product segments. · Develop and execute sales plans: sell-in, sell-out, forecast, fulfillment plan, and budget management. · Manage accounts: monitor sales progress, identify bottlenecks, and propose partner solutions. · Develop channels: provide channel strategy and collaborate with partners on execution & expansion plans. · Identify and explore new business opportunities and collaborations. · Gather market insights, competitor information, and customer feedback. · Engage and collaborate with internal teams (Vietnam cross-team) and Taiwan HQ to optimize growth strategy.
