Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance engineer to contribute to our internal tooling products used for our agents to serve Passengers, Drivers and Merchants. You will have opportunities to work on multiple backend service clusters as well as main frontend stacks. These services are the top entry points for Grab support with millions of visitors every day across seven countries in total. You will be based in HCMC office

You will report to the Head of Engineering

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Provide functional and regression level testing for iOS, Android, API, and Web Applications.

• Build manual and automated functional and regression test cases as well as maintain automated Test Scripts.

• Work with developers, product owners, test lead, engineers, and team members to identify areas and methods to help improve testing efficiencies and expand test coverage and increase product reliability.

• Provide test estimates, record, report defects to depict the status of the sprint and system stability.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• 3+ years experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer.

• Understand testing methodologies and practices.

• Develop Gherkin Syntax to build user scenarios.

• Develop go/ Ruby / Javascripts/ Java Methods to automate Gherkin Syntax identified

• Hands-on experience with Behavior Driven Frameworks (BDD), Selenium cucumber, Jbehave Serenity, Postman, testing Mobile apps, Web applications, APIs and UIs.

• Maintain Page Object Model Framework for all products supported

• Refactors Methods and Page Object Models to lead further testing efficiencies.

• Familiar with Agile/Scrum
