Job Description

1. Data analysis and interpretation: Perform complex data analysis, using statistical methods, data mining techniques, and machine learning models to discover patterns, trends, and associations in data to provide support for business decisions.

2. Data cleaning and preparation: Collect and organize data from multiple data sources, perform data cleaning, conversion and integration, and ensure data accuracy and consistency.

3. Forecasting and modeling: develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to predict future trends, market changes, and user behavior, thereby providing strategic recommendations for businesses.

4. Business insights: Through in-depth understanding of business needs and goals, the results of data analysis are transformed into meaningful insights to help business departments formulate optimization plans and decision-making strategies.

5. Data visualization: Use data visualization tools (Power BI) to create convincing data reports and dashboards to convey the results of complex data analysis to non-technical personnel.

6. Teamwork: Collaborate within the team and cooperate with data analysts, business departments and technical teams to ensure the smooth implementation of the project and the delivery of results.

7. Guidance and training: guide junior data analysts, share best practices and technical knowledge in the field of data analysis, and help team members grow and develop.

8. Data-driven decision-making: Provide data support to senior management and business decision makers to assist them in making fact-based strategic and tactical decisions.

9. Continuous learning and technical updates: Track the latest trends, tools and technologies in the industry, and continuously improve their technical capabilities and professional knowledge.

10. Project management: Manage data analysis projects, ensure project delivery on time, and prioritize between different projects

Qualifications

1. Proficiency in Office software (Excel, Word, PPT)，

2. Thai or Chinese, bachelor's degree or above, proficient in Thai and English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, Chinese proficiency is preferred;

3. At least 3 years of work experience in the Data analysis, familiar with the Thai market is preferred;
