Project Director - Port Project (Motorway)

Job Responsibilities

• Project development and project management role to lead the team in development and execution of the assigned project and being an accountable for the success of the assigned project.
• Developing project approach, scope, schedule, budget, and resources planning for the project.
• Pre-construction development of the projects; lead the technical scope and support the non-technical scope in development of the projects, including:
• Conceptual designing and development plan of the project.
• Procurement of engineering, procurement, and construction contracts through appropriate approaches; from TOR until contract signed.
• Technical supporting for non-technical works e.g. permit/license, EIA, legal, financing, BOI.
• Execution phase of the projects; responsible for project management to achieve schedule, budget, and quality targets, including:
• Overseeing the engineering, procurement, and construction team.
• Contract management.
• Risk management and mitigation, change management.
• Scheduling and resource planning.
• Project close-out and lesson learnt.
• Coordinating with team and providing supports on relevant issues in order to complete project effectively.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 15-20 years’ experience with at least 10 years’ experience in Port Project
• Project management, scheduling and resource planning, and risk management capabilities.
• Understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction contracts.
• Get it done mindset.
• Managing and empowering others, commercial mindset, problem solving, decision making.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
• Ability to travel/ work upcountry and abroad
