Program Manager - Electronics Manufacturing Services

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

Spartronics Vietnam seeks a Program Manager to oversee programs and activities to enhance company efficiencies, establish long-term goals for company projects, and manage program and project budgets.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

- Project Management: Oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.

- Quality Control: Ensure all products meet the company's quality standards by working with the engineering team to address quality issues and implement quality control processes.

- Cost Control: Manage production costs, including material, labor, and overhead, identifying and implementing cost-saving measures.

- Customer Service: Manage customer relationships, address concerns, and ensure timely product delivery according to specifications.

- Communication: Communicate effectively in English and Vietnamese with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, providing clear instructions and coordinating with other departments.

- Leadership: Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and production workers, motivating them, setting clear goals, and providing guidance.

- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process and product improvements, staying updated with industry trends and technologies.

- Reporting: Provide accurate and timely reports on program status throughout its lifecycle.
