Production Team Supervisor (Shift Work - Regular Overtime - Stable Income)

1) Lead, oversee, mentor the operations team, and manage output to meet production targets, quality standards and safety requirements.

2) Oversee and manage the effectiveness of daily operational routines, aligning with established KPIs and targets.

3) Direct and support subordinate supervisors to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, standards, environmental guidelines, and safety protocols.

4) Provide reports on the results of manufactured film inspections.

5) Review and report on the condition of equipment utilized within the department.

6) Ensure consistent process stability within the department.

7) Perform preliminary assessments of manufactured film quality.

8) Maintain machines in good working order.

9) Fulfill other assigned duties.
