Product Manager

Preferred Skills:

• Product Management Experience: Proven track record of 3+ years as a Product Manager or related field in a technology-driven industry, preferably in financial services or trading platforms. Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle and experience working with development teams to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
• Quantitative Trading Knowledge: Strong understanding of quantitative trading strategies, market microstructure, and financial markets.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights for product development.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with research, engineering, and trading teams.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot, identify issues, and implement solutions quickly and effectively. In our startup environment with a small team, you'll need to work independently and take initiative to address challenges.

Preferred Skills:

• Cryptocurrency Trading: Experience in cryptocurrency trading, especially in high-frequency or algorithmic trading environments. Familiarity to derivative markets and decentralized finance protocols.
• Technical Experience: Experience in programming (Python or similar languages) or managing the development of backend systems within financial institutions or trading firms.
• Quantitative Finance: Background in quantitative finance or a related field, with the ability to understand and translate complex trading models into product features.
