Job Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in Finance Transformation or Process Improvement roles.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with stakeholders and team members.
