Process Improvement Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive finance transformation strategy that aligns with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process automation, digitalization, and cost reduction to enhance financial operations.
• Project Leadership:
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement finance transformation projects effectively.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and senior leadership to ensure alignment and support for transformation initiatives.
• Technology Evaluation:
• Evaluate and select appropriate technology solutions to support and optimize finance operations.
• Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure that all finance operations comply with relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Data Analysis:
• Analyze complex data to draw meaningful insights and support decision-making processes.

Job Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in Finance Transformation or Process Improvement roles.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with stakeholders and team members.
