Operations Manager (Data Analysis and Data Strategic)

What you’ll Do:

• Strategically design and find merchant databases to ensure all databases are correct, reliable, and maximize utilization.
• Initiate data-driven projects by formalizing an approach to solve business problems and achieve business targets.
• Work with Product Manager, Data Engineer, Data Scientist and BI analysts and other related functions to founding data collection mechanics, cleaning data and maintaining quality databases to maximize utilization.
• Work with Product Manager, Data Engineer, Data Scientist and BI analysts and other related function to transform data into actionable insights, leads to operations improvement.
• Design, improve, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures. Make sure all SOPs are aligned with Business Directions.
• Manage team resources and budget to deliver routine and/or special project tasks as planned.
• Develop meaningful quantity and quality measurement, analyze the result compared to expected outcome and reverse to operations improvement.
• Develop a solid work plan, communicate to all stakeholders, and monitor the execution until tasks are completed.
• Drive the team to deliver assigned tasks in the right way, find a strategic solution in many aspects to resolve any issues.

What you’ll Need:

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, database management, and data strategy.
• Strong data analysis skills, strategic mindset.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Leadership skills, experience in leading teams.
• Familiar with fast-pace working environment.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to deliver tasks individually.
• SQL and MS Excel skills are required.
