Operations Executive (Local Planning)

Position Overview:

- Develop loading plans for MSC vessels at Vung Tau and Ho Chi Minh ports.

- Finalize discharging and loading plans in collaboration with the terminal.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate pre & final Outbound Loading (OBL) files.

- Send daily berthing reports & updates to the berthing application.

- Send arrival bay plans / verify arrival bay plans with the previous port before sending to the terminal.

- Prepare preliminary plans based on shipping instructions from central planners to send to the terminal.

- Confirm pre-plans with the captain, following instructions provided by the central planner.

- Check berthing availability to facilitate vessel berthing upon arrival.

- Coordinate with the Import / Export departments to resolve customer issues.

- Ensure the proper handling of cargo, especially refrigerated (RF) and dangerous goods (DG) containers, loaded on MSC vessels.

- Manage all aspects of vessel husbandry when vessels call at Vung Tau / Ho Chi Minh ports.

- Send final bay plans to Ro / Planners.

- Submit weekly terminal reports.
