Modern Trade Sales Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Create and execute sales plans to broaden our product offerings in Modern Trade channels.

• Establish alliances with major retail chains like Coopmart, Lotte Mart, Winmart, Guardian, Watsons, Pharmacity, AEON, Cohnan, and other significant supermarkets.

• Develop and nurture robust relationships with category managers, buyers, and decision-makers.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, trade conditions, and promotional events to maximize sales.

• Evaluate market dynamics, consumer behaviors, and competitor actions to discover opportunities for growth.

• Work alongside the marketing team to refine product positioning, branding, and promotional strategies.

• Work with the logistics team to ensure smooth order processing, inventory control, and timely delivery.

• Meet sales goals and provide performance reports to management.
