Overall Objective: Provide superior delivery service and foster close customer relationships by offering attractive services, competitive pricing, and relevant solutions.

Essential Responsibilities:

For Import Shipments:

• Receive pre-alerts, review shipping documents, and establish job files within the system.

• Accurately and promptly submit manifests via the Vietnam National Single Window.

• Manage daily sea import operations for both nominated and freehand shipments in accordance with Incoterms.

• Collaborate with carriers/co-loaders to facilitate smooth release of DOs/eDOs to clients.

• Assist clients in coordinating with carriers to extend DnD at POD and handle related tasks.

For Export Shipments:

• Secure bookings with carriers/co-loaders using both BDP's system and manual carrier websites.

• Enter and manage cargo details within the systems.

• Manage export shipments until successful delivery to the POD.

• Guarantee precise and timely submission of eSI, MNF, ICS2, ACI, AFR, etc.

• Effectively manage and control NAC and FAK contract allocations with carriers and partners.

General Tasks:

• Complete documentation by gathering all required paperwork (checklists, calculation sheets, tracing reports, merging files, etc.) before submitting the file to the BU for closure.

• Resolve issues with sales teams, agents, or other stakeholders related to documentation, billing, and costing.

• Issue invoices to clients/agents and promptly post vendor invoices for payment.

• Support the finance department in following up on customer payment settlements.

• Troubleshoot problems to enhance service delivery standards and minimize cost impacts.

• Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Manager.
