- In charge of the company's legal issues such as legal advice, drafting the company's internal regulations and preparing documents to adjust licenses. - In charge of Company's compliance issues as requirements of laws & parent company. - Implementing activities relating to internal compliance training and compliance promotions. - Reviewing, drafting contracts and other legal documents. - Preparing minutes and other documents of Members Council's meeting. - Support for internal investigation activities. - During employment duration, if Employer realized that employee is suitable to another position, both parties will negotiate to adjust the job more appropriately.
