Conduct research, write, and review legal advice relating to domestic and international corporate laws.
Contract Drafting:
Real Estate:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate purchase agreements, lease agreements, property management contracts, and other related documents; and
Conducting due diligence on property titles, liens, and other encumbrances
Commercial Contracts:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts including but not limited to supplier agreements, distributor agreements, franchise agreements, and service agreements; and
Advising other business units on contract terms, potential risks, and mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in spoken and written English is a MUST
New graduate with strong academic background is welcomed but 2-3 years of legal experience is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in law from an accredited college or university
Master's degree in law is a plus but not necessary
Strong communication and presentation capability
