Lead/Senior AI Research, Zalo

• Design, build, and deploy LLM-powered chatbots and intelligent agents;

• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs using techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG);

• Develop robust evaluation frameworks to measure and iterate on model performance;

• Research and apply the latest advancements in conversational AI and agentic systems.

👾 What you will need

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on NLP and LLMs;

• Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and RAG;

• Expert proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow;

• Familiarity with LLM tools (e.g., LangChain) and vector databases;

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong sense of ownership;

• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
