1. Lập kế hoạch và quản lý các hoạt động sản xuất. 2. Giám sát các hoạt động sản xuất để đảm bảo hoạt động trơn tru, đáp ứng tiến độ sản xuất và giao hàng. 3. Tham gia xây dựng mục tiêu của bộ phận phù hợp với mục tiêu chung của công ty. 4. Thực hiện phân tích lỗi và đề xuất các biện pháp phòng ngừa để hạn chế tái phát. 5. Tham gia vào các chương trình cải tiến liên tục để nâng cao quy trình sản xuất. 6. Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho dây chuyền sản xuất khi có yêu cầu. 7. Phối hợp với bộ phận liên quan hoặc văn phòng tại Singapore để đánh giá vật liệu hoặc quy trình mới. 8. Đảm bảo an toàn và vệ sinh tại khu vực sản xuất. _________________________________________________________________ 1. Plan and control of production activities. 2. Carry out failure analysis and recommend preventive measures to curb recurrences. 5. Participate in continuous improvement programmes to enhance the manufacturing processes. 6. Provide technical assistance to the production line as and when required. 7. Collaborate with the relevant department or Singapore office to evaluate new materials or process. 8. Enforce safety and housekeeping at production area.
