OPEN FOR BOTH MECHANICAL & ELECTRONIC

1. Monitor, report, and drive improvement actions for First Pass Yield (FPY) with related Factory & RnD teams.

2. Take ownership of failure analysis for technical issues to identify the root cause & initiate process improvements.

3. Be responsible for resolving technical issues impacting product quality in DV/EV/PV builds & mass production, specifically related to FPY and overall product quality.

4. Suggest improvements in product design for manufacturability during the product concept phase and resolve all NPI issues before RU/Mass production.

5. Transfer product-related technical skills & knowledge to Repair & Rework and other relevant teams.
