We are seeking a Solution Architect to define the structure of our Banking Platform and manage programs to ensure architectural integrity.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills to translate complex requirements into functional architecture. Prior hands-on software development experience and the ability to manage complex systems are also essential.
● Work with the Enterprise team to ensure developed solution architectures align with organizational architectural principles and business priorities.
● Oversee the design work of solutions architects to ensure the creation and maintenance of quality digital architecture.
● Guide the software development team on CI/CD best practices and establish patterns.
● Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods.
● Identify and evaluate new technologies to enhance the company's product offerings and technical capabilities.
● Document solution architecture artifacts covering process, data, application, security, and technology architecture domains.
● Assist with solving technical problems that arise within the development/product team.
● Collaborate closely with business managers and department leads to build and deliver solutions for all technical issues.
