As our Junior Digital Performance Marketing, you'll be in charge of developing and executing performance-driven advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, Tiktok & Pinterest. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing campaigns, maximizing return on ad spend, and driving customer acquisition and retention. We're seeking someone with a strong background in performance marketing and a proven track record of achieving significant growth and driving results. WHAT YOU WILL DO 1. Plan and execute performance marketing strategies on multiple digital platform to acquire customers and boost customer lifetime value. 2. Plan, set up, and optimize advertising campaigns effectively. 3. Dive deep into campaign data to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), track campaign success, and make data-driven decisions for optimization. 4. Collaborate closely with our creative, analytics, and product teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and cohesive messaging. 5. Keep your finger on the pulse of digital advertising trends, best practices, and changes in the ecosystem, so we can stay ahead of the curve. 6. Test and iterate ad creatives, signal segments, and campaign strategies to continuously improve performance and maximize return on investment. 7. Provide regular reports to stakeholders, sharing insights, highlighting successes, addressing challenges, and identifying optimization opportunities.
